General Information

Ordering:

Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax or email.  We gladly accept telephone orders for your convenience but need to have order confirmations in writing before proceeding with engraving.  Please check layouts and confirmations that we send you to verify accuracy.

Production Time: 

Normal production time is 7-14 days.   Rush orders are sometimes available.  Please keep in mind that every item is custom produced and may require extra time.  Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you if your order will be delayed for any reason.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx F.O.B. Hurricane, WV,  with shipping charges added to the invoice.  For orders requiring express shipping, please include your account number.

Returns and Claims:

Unless advised otherwise, we email proofs for approval before engraving.  Once engraving is complete, engraved items may not be returned.  In the rare instances of breakage, you must file a claim with the freight carrier.  Be sure to save the outer carton(s) as well as all inner contents and notify the carrier immediately for inspection.  Title to goods passes to purchaser at F.O.B. point.

Payment Terms: 

All orders are required to be prepaid.  Full payment is required for email orders before we begin the engraving.  We accept all major credit cards.  Open account (net 30 days) can be extended to qualified accounts only.  Please send credit references if you desire to be on open account.

Prices:

Prices and products on our website are subject to change without notice.  Engraving prices allow for engraving in one location.  Volume discounts may be available on some items.  Call for information.

Artwork:

All orders should be accompanied by clean black and white artwork.  Artwork submitted in grayscale or color will incur an art charge.  Photocopies, faxes, letterheads, photographs, etc. are also subject to art charges.  Digital artwork submitted must have been created in Adobe Illustrator  or in Corel Draw.  Images must be vector based (raster images are not acceptable).   Images must be black and white only--no color, grayscale or halftones are accepted.  Please include all fonts used.  File formats accepted are cdr, ai, or eps.
